TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All terms and conditions set out below are conditions of any contract resultant from the use of this website. Submission of a purchase request or booking form is deemed as acceptance of all terms and conditions.

General

  1. All transactions through this site are subject to Australian and New South Wales legislation, including the Trade Practices Act 1974, as amended, and the Privacy Act 2001. Customers are accorded protection accordingly.
  2. The information in this site is provided as a guide only. If you are unfamiliar with a product and unsure as to its suitability for your application, we recommend you seek further advice to ensure that products will suit your  needs.
  3. Small Systems Productions Aust (SSPA) is not liable for any data corruption, delays, interruptions, or ommissions.
  4. SSPA reserves the right to add, remove, duplicate or edit content on this site without notice. Links to others' sites are provided as a resource to users. SSPA does not accept liability for the currency or accuracy of our links or content on others' websites. Although, we do appreciate feedback where you would like us to update this site's information and links.
  5. SSPA will update these terms and conditions as required. Customers with transactions in progress will be notified and afforded the opportunity to review the terms and conditions.
  6. Whilst all care is taken, SSPA is not liable for the action of miscreant users of our website (e.g. attempting to introduce viruses). Although SSPA will pursue such users with the full force of the Law.

Sales of Goods

  1. Orders submitted are subject to acceptance by Small Systems Productions Aust Pty Ltd. SSPA does not guarantee delivery until order confirmation is issued by SSPA. This confirmation also enables you, the customer, to review and accept variations to price and product prior to orders being fulfilled.
  2. If you have submitted an order for an item which has been discontinued, or is no longer available, our office will notify you, and may suggest similar substitute product, where appropriate. The order will not be satisfied until you advise acceptance of alternative product/s.
  3. SSPA reserves the right to cancel orders there may be issues relating to honouring supply or payment. You will be advised of such a decision. SSPA reserves the right to seek commercial references or security, at our sole discretion.
  4. Orders will not be shipped and Title does not transfer until all funds relating to the transaction have cleared at our bank.
    1. Reversal of payment voids your title to any goods supplied. In such cases, you agree to allow SSPA or its agents unhindered access to the goods, wherever located for the purposes of recovering of said goods.
    2. You further agree to pay all the reasonable costs of such recovery.

  5. Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars AUS$, inclusive of GST (1/11 of total cost). 
  6. An extra 3.25% applies to payments made using American Express or Diners Club cards, to absorb the higher merchant premiums associated with these cards.
  7. Risk transfers on loading shipment of goods for you (F.O.B.) FIS (Free In Store) shipments are available at extra cost, please liaise with your SSPA sales represetnative
Provision of Services
    1. Quotations for service related orders do not guarantee availability of services on a specific date.
    2. Orders submitted are subject to acceptance by Small Systems. SSPA does not guarantee delivery of services until order confirmation is issued by SSPA. This confirmation also enables you, the customer, to review and accept variations to price and product prior to orders being fulfilled.
    3. If you have submitted an order for an item or service which has been discontinued, or is no longer available, or not available for the required period, our office will notify you, and may suggest similar substitute product, where appropriate. The order will not be satisfied until you advise acceptance of alternative product/s.
    4. SSPA reserves the right to cancel orders where it deems there may be issues relating to honouring supply or payment. You will be advised of such a decision. SSPA reserves the right to seek commercial references or security, at our sole discretion.
    5. Hire orders require written confirmation and payment in advance, unless otherwise arranged as part of your contract negotiations with SSPA. SSPA reserve the right to charge and hold security deposits either as cash or blank signed credit card impressions, against safe return of hired goods.
    6. Installations will not be arranged
    7. Orders will not be shipped and Title does not transfer until all funds relating to the transaction have cleared at our bank.
